You’ll proactively manage tasks within your role, lightening their workload and ensuring seamless support that empowers them to focus on client relationships and sales growth. Your ability to stay organized and deliver timely results will directly impact the overall success of the team.
Beyond task management, you’ll also contribute to the agency’s continuous improvement by taking on leadership-assigned projects. Your commitment to meeting deadlines and contributing to operational enhancements will help shape the future of our agency, ensuring we remain agile and efficient in a fast-paced industry.
This is where you come in. We are looking for a Personal Lines Processor who can step in and contribute right away. Here is a small sampling of the type of work that needs to be done:
- Complete tasks promptly to ensure tasks assigned in AMS/CRM are handled with a sense of urgency to improve the customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in AMS to support smooth advisory processes.
- Support Client Advisors by proactively managing tasks to ease Client Advisors workload and ensure seamless support.
Contribute to agency improvement by taking on additional projects as assigned by leadership, contributing to the agency’s operational improvements by meeting deadlines.
