  • Clearly understand prospects needs to effectively quote and sell new policies.
  • Identify gaps in coverage for potential clients, advising prospects to ensure they are fully protected.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell other lines of business, helping prospects secure comprehensive coverage while expanding the agency's business.
  • Promptly call and complete all tasks leading to new business opportunities, ensuring a seamless and organized sales process.
  • Maintain knowledge of insurance products and underwriting guidelines, using your expertise to offer clarity and confidence in each interaction.

  • Leverage existing client relationships to identify cross-sell opportunities, helping clients secure comprehensive coverage while growing the agency’s business.
  • Efficiently manage daily tasks within the agency management system and CRM to ensure a seamless, organized client experience.
  • Stay informed on insurance products and underwriting guidelines, using your expertise to empower clients and deliver clarity in every interaction.

This is where you come in. We are looking for an Assistant Client Advisor who can step in and contribute right away. Here is a small sampling of the type of work that needs to be done:

As a key part of the team, you will handle tasks in AMS/CRM with urgency, ensuring that every client interaction is addressed promptly and with precision. By maintaining accurate records and managing tasks efficiently, you’ll help support smooth advisory processes that keep our clients informed and satisfied.

At the heart of your responsibilities is the collaboration with Client Advisors. You’ll proactively manage tasks within your role, lightening their workload and ensuring seamless support that empowers them to focus on client relationships and sales growth. Your ability to stay organized and deliver timely results will directly impact the overall success of the team.

Beyond task management, you’ll also contribute to the agency’s continuous improvement by taking on leadership-assigned projects. Your commitment to meeting deadlines and contributing to operational enhancements will help shape the future of our agency, ensuring we remain agile and efficient in a fast-paced industry.

This is where you come in. We are looking for a Personal Lines Processor who can step in and contribute right away. Here is a small sampling of the type of work that needs to be done: 

  • Complete tasks promptly to ensure tasks assigned in AMS/CRM are handled with a sense of urgency to improve the customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in AMS to support smooth advisory processes.
  • Support Client Advisors by proactively managing tasks to ease Client Advisors workload and ensure seamless support.

Contribute to agency improvement by taking on additional projects as assigned by leadership, contributing to the agency’s operational improvements by meeting deadlines.
